OTC Medicines that Will Make You Feel Good!

I have used Vick's Vapor Rub in two different ways over the years. It is a remedy I remember from my childhood. Its best use is for the common cold, chest and nasal congestion, and sore throat. I have used it on all three, and have found great relief in doing so. Its most effective rubbed thickly on your chest so you can continuously breathe in the soothing vapors. Especially at night, when a cough and congestion always seem to be at their worst. It brought instant relief and a soothing smell, helping clear my cold and congestion away. Another way I have sought relief with Vick's vapor rub is to soothe it on aching muscles. It again provided an instantaneous relief to tired and sore muscles. A two in one product that no medicine cabinet should ever be without!

Assured Ibuprofen

I get aches and pains and headaches alot. Ibuprofen is one of my favorite medicines to take for relief. Assured is a brand that makes a generic ibuprofen, but yet is just as effective as any name brand on the market. For a minimal price I bought 50 coated, easy to swallow tablets, each a 200 mg dosage. Since I typically only take 2 at a time, I'll have this bottle for quite awile. Ibuprofen is a pain reliever and fever reducer, so it can be used for a variety of purposes. I use it for headaches, sore muscles, and menstrual cramps. It worked quickly and effectively, giving me no side effects, and making me better within no time. Assured is a brand that I will trust in the future, as will their ibuprofen. A wonderful product for a great price!

Dermoplast

I have a bottle of Dermoplast which is a spray designated for the relief of pain and itch of scrapes, sunburn, blisters, insect bites, and minor cuts and burns. I have used it on a variety of those problems over the years. This product contains aloe, lanolin, and menthol, and provided me a very fast, immediate relief for whatever ailment I was suffering at the time. It is especially good for sunburn as it provides a very quick relief from the burn. It comes in an easy to spray bottle, 2 3/4 ounces, and is easy to carry for on-the-go relief. The only thing I don't like is that it has a very hospital-like smell, and it is very strong. The overall relief is not very long lasting, either. But it works good when you just gotta have something right now. It also contains medicines to help speed up your healing process, and I noticed that it works. I will continue using Dermoplast in the future.

Excedrin for Migraines

Excedrin for Migraines has been a life-saver for me. I very rarely get migraines, but I do get bad headaches, and I reserve this medicine for those times in my life. Excedrin for Migraines has 3 active ingredients that work together to make your pain go away. Aspirin, 250 mg. Acetaminophen, 250 mg. Caffeine, 65 mg. So while the first 2 help the pain in your head go away, the last gives you a must needed pick-me-up. The pills come in a variety of forms, but the bottle I have are gel-tabs, so they are smooth and easy to swallow. The times I have had a migraine I have taken these, and within a short period of time, the migraine was gone. they are a wonderful and effective medicine that is always handy to keep ion your cupboard in case of a bad headache or migraine!
