Here are a few things to make your blog a better money maker. Some of these you probably have heard of before but I am placing them here anyway for those that have just started out.

Conducts market research by placing polls on websites. You get paid when visitors see a poll on your site.

For every 1,000 people who view the poll on your site, you get from 50 cents to $10.

Offers banner ads from national advertisers

Pays from 25 cents to $2 for every 1,000 people who see the ads

Thenewsroom

Pays you to show videos and articles on your site. All you have to do is register with thenewsroom for a free account and embed the code on your site. I would put these videos on a new blog and then have your regular site link to it. You should also pick stories and videos that pertain to your regular blog. Make sure you use matching keywords too.
