Extra virgin olive oil
Pizza sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
First preheat barbecue to medium.
Rub hands with olive oil.
Stretch pizza dough to about the length of an average grill rack.
Once dough is stretched to desired thickness, brush one side lightly with olive oil.
Place dough on grill oil side down.
When there are grill marks on the bottom of the crust and it is firm enough to be flipped remove from grill.
Brush ungrilled side with olive oil and flip over.
Spread thin layer of pizza sauce over grilled side and then sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella.
Shake Parmesan cheese over top and return to grill.
Once the cheese has melted and the bottom is cooked remove from grill and cut into squares with a pizza cutter.
Experiment with other toppings and invite your family and friends over they will love it!
