Working in our garden,
The tiller so loud,
It is the season,
And the rows are plowed.
As the soil is turned,
So are my thoughts,
Thoughts of you are churned.
The noise is naught.
Just the sound of my heart beating,
Longing for you by my side.
Planting our garden, seeding,
With plants and veggie's with pride.
And with our love,
A love that grows stronger,
As if made from above,
With each passing day,
It is you that I love.
