Our Main Difference Has Nothing to Do with Race

If you talk to some people, the biggest separation characterization is normally race but it is not the main difference. The main difference is the interaction that we have with a TV show or movie. There are a few of us who see the person labeled as a victim as someone who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. There are a few of us who looks at how they ended up in that wrong place and yell to the actors on TV or in the movie not to go there or do that.

Have you ever watched a movie where the latest victim was informed not to go off alone and they did it anyway? Have you then heard a voice yell out for them not to go off alone only to later realize that the voice was yours? I, personally, find myself in the last group. I have caught myself many times trying to save the latest victim by telling them what I know about what was going to happen. I sometimes find myself quite upset when the actors don't listen and do it anyway. I guess that's the main reason that I do not watch horror movies because the music tells me what going to happen and for some reason, I'm stupefied that the actors themselves can not hear the music and know not to open that door.

I also find myself having an issue with the people who hear a strange noise in their homes and go to investigate without something to protect them selves. There has got to be something laying around that they can use for self-protection and no one should know their home better than they do. They walk into a dark room and do not turn on the lights so low and behold the killer ends up standing right behind them.

The one TV show that really makes me interact more than any other is those shows about haunted houses. I can not, for the life of me, understand why anyone would stay in a haunted house. If all of that stuff was going on in my home, it would cease being my home. I can not feel sorry for anyone who knows that their house is haunted but still stay there and look to others to verify that they are living with ghosts or spirits. Call me scary if you wish but I can sleep knowing that if I have to visit the bathroom in the middle of the night, I will not have to worry about some spook standing by my bed. So if you are like me and find yourself yelling at the TV or movie, don't worry, it may not be "normal" but it is fun.
