Abraham worried for his brother thinking that he would remind God about Lot, but God had already thought of Lot before Abraham even said a word or was even born. As I ran, I think of the linear foolishness I had about how hard things were, and whether things would work out. However, God has already figured a way of safety for me before I was even born.
My rescue is from Christ.Before I ever faced trouble, God knew I would be there.He sent His protection for me.He had His Son die on the cross before I even sinned.In the garden, Jesus was prophesied at the fall.No circumstance is too big,Because God has fixed the circumstance before it existed.God is ready before we even know what is.A father walks behind his son riding a bike ready to him when he falls.A mother cares for her daughter teaching her to be a lady before she is one.God sets provision before we meet a battle.God walks behind us as we walk.He is my father, His hands guide my path.One step at a time,That is what the lamp at my feet does.A lady once said that you must crawl before you can walk.Sometimes you crawl for so long that you forget that God is there beside you.He is cheering for you to run.Well I do run, For I run to the cross.God is my rescue from Sodom and Gomorrah.What is the Sodom and Gomorrah of your life?Is the money worth it?What of self-righteousness?Not everyone in Sodom and Gomorrah was ungodly.What was your rescue?Just remember God in these things...
