Depending on the number of players you'll want to have enough bracelets to allow at least two glow-in-the dark bracelet rings per player and three bracelet glow sticks for the target ring. A package of 15 glow in the dark bracelets works well for 4 to 6 players.

The glow in the dark bracelet set comes with connectors to make rings out of the thin glow sticks. Most glow sticks just need to be bent to activate their glowing properties, but be sure to follow the instructions provided with the glow in the dark bracelets you purchased.

Take three similar colored glow sticks and connect together to make the large target ring for the ring toss. Then using one glow stick bracelet, make individual rings and separate by color so each player has at least two small rings of the same color to use.
