The first natural remedy is Carnitine. Carnitine restores the body's fuel and gives us a much needed energy boost. Carnitine is an amino acid that acts as fuel to the cells, it also flushes out waste that can slow down your energy level. Take 500 mgs of carnitine twice a day along with a glass of water. The older you get the more carnitine you need, so increase the dosage to 1,000 mgs a day after you turn 40 years old.
Along with carnitine, you should take Coenzyme Q10, also known as CoQ10. CoQ10 helps make energy from the fuel that carnitine gives the body, and it restores the cells in the body. Since you can't eat enough food to get the recommended amount of CoQ10 or carnitine, take 30 mgs of CoQ10 twice a day during meals, preferably in the morning and afternoon. Like carnitine, you can take CoQ10 for as long as you like to help overcome fatigue.
Magnesium can help you overcome daily fatigue since it is a very important mineral that provides energy. Take 400 mgs of magnesium along with carnitine and CoQ10, if you constantly suffer from fatigue day in and day out. However, if you do suffer from extreme fatigue check with your doctor to be sure it's not a symptom of a serious disease. If you are mentally fatigued, meaning you find it hard to concentrate or focus, there is no need for any prescription drug, you can take Glutamate. Glutamate helps stabilize the blood sugar levels, which can cause brain fatigue. Take 800 mgs of glutamate in the morning and 400 mgs in the afternoon.
The Omega-3 fatty acids are powerful weapons in helping you overcome fatigue and depression since fatigue, both mentally and physically, can result in minor bouts of depression. To overcome the blues, take 1,000 mgs of omega-3 fatty acid supplements. You can also increase your intake of fish, nuts, and seeds to help you get enough of the omega-3 fatty acids. Also, remember to drink more water to overcome since dehydration leads to fatigue.
