OWN, the Oprah Winfrey Network is launching at the beginning 2011, with a day of programming on New Year's Day. Oprah Winfrey's All-Stars debuts on January 2, 2010, with Oprah's experts, Dr. Oz, Dr. Phil and Suze Orman answering the questions of audience members, according to information from OWN.

"The Oprah Show" is about living your best life and sharing timely information, including health advice, fashion news, book clubs and relationship tips. Oprah's O Magazine, which turned ten years old in 2010, is another of Oprah's venues for sharing her message of positive living.

"Oprah's All-Stars" will discuss three very important aspects of people's lives" mental health, medical health and financial health. The All-Stars will answer questions asked by a studio audience in special episodes filmed for OWN Network. Dr. Phil will talk about relationships and psychology, Dr. Oz will answer medical and healthy living questions and Suze Orman will advise people about personal finances.

The "Oprah Winfrey Show" is ending in 2011, at the end of the 25th anniversary season. Oprah is taking her career to the next level, owning her own television network. OWN is affiliated with the Discovery Network. OWN is to be about about living your best life now. Many of the programs to be seen on OWN are natural progressions for some of Oprah's most popular guests.

Dr. Phil is the confrontational psychologist whose television career was launched by Oprah. Dr. Phil went from being a frequent guest on Oprah's show to having his own program, where he counsels people who are willing to air their problems to the public. The psychologist and lifestyle strategist is outspoken and likes to tell it like it is to the guests on his show. In addition to being one of Oprah's All-Stars, OWN will feature the Best of Dr. Phil episodes.

Dr. Oz is a frequent Oprah guest and now has his own show. The doctor is all about health, fitness and living well. Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen have a health oriented website, Real Age, that lets you take a quiz to determine whether your health habits are making you older physically. After taking the quiz, and getting results, the site gives you a list of suggestions about healthy changes that can improve your life. Dr. Oz has an engaging, folksy style, as he communicates health info in language laymen can understand. Unfortunately, he can get quite graphic, with cringe-worthy illustrations of intestines and and other body parts. Dr. Oz Tells the Truth About Food on Oprah

Suze Orman is a no-nonsense financial expert who advises viewers on personal finances via television, radio and through books and tapes. Orman explains financial products, such as stocks, bonds and insurance.

Oprah's All-Stars will offer beneficial advise to viewers on the OWN Network. The three experts have a track record of giving valuable to television viewers about important matters.
