Oxygenating Facial Scrub from Clean and Clear

Clean and Clear has a great line of facial scrubs and cleansers. I'm always looking for a good product that will keep my face acne-free as well as oil-free and clean-looking. I decided to try out Clean and Clear's Oxygenating Facial Scrub.

So far, I have been very pleased with the results I've gotten with this product. Even with my first use, my skin felt much cleaner. The Oxygenating Facial Scrub is a bluish gel, with tiny little blue beads in it. To use this scrub, you'll need to wet your face. Squeeze about a quarter size amount of the scrub onto your fingertips, or a washcloth. Apply the scrub to your face and neck area, gently massaging it into your skin with a circular motion. Tiny little bubbles will form when the scrub hits the water. Keep massaging it for about 30 seconds, then rinse. You will definitely feel the scrub working. You'd be surprised how gentle the beads are, they are not as rough as a lot of other facial scrubs. The beads are made to exfoliate your skin by removing dirt, oil and dead skin.

After using this facial scrub, your face will feel so much softer and cleaner, and it will also smell good too. The scrub has a great scent. It's very clean and fresh smelling. Your face will look noticeably healthier and cleaner too. I have noticed that it will make your face dry out with excessive use, so use a moisturizer along with this product. Clean and Clear also has a moisturizer that goes along with the scrub, called Oxygenating Ultra-Light Moisturizer with SPF 15.

With a couple uses, I have noticed my skin is much clearer and tighter. My under-eye circles have reduced, and some of the blackheads have gone away. Sometimes, I get red splotches on my face. With this scrub, those blotches have disappeared. I haven't had a problem with excessive drying, although I only use the scrub in the morning. It helps me wake up and feel refreshed. I have also noticed that I can wear less makeup, because my skin doesn't need as much coverage. I can usually go out with a little bit of pressed powder on my face, and that's it.

At nighttime, I have to use a different scrub to remove my makeup. I've noticed that the Oxygenating Facial Scrub doesn't remove makeup like I thought it would.

Overall, Clean and Clear Oxygenating Facial scrub is a great product. I am always pleased with all of Clean and Clear's products. I would recommend this scrub to anybody who wants clearer and fresher skin. Compared to the more expensive acne cleansers, I would choose this particular scrub first. For about $6.00 per bottle, it's a great buy for an effective product.
