P28 High Protein Bagels

Food of the Fitness Future

When you think of a bagel, you usually think of a chewy, sometimes tough, round-like baked dough that partially resembles a doughnut (or donut), uncut or pre-sliced. We know that much of the time, bagels are a staple of breakfast or snack times in the Midwest and East Coast portion of the United States. Bagels usually are low on the fiber (not so great, but there's more variety with more diverse recipes) and high on the carbohydrate, and so, as great as they can be, many people eschew them for their shortcomings in a culinary sense. Fortunately, NutriBreads, the company responsible for creating P28 High Protein Bread, has created a new bagel with great potential for the American people, for everyone. In this case, such a bagel presents a great deal of potential in presenting a new format of eating right.

Made of all-natural ingredients and armed with 28g of protein per whole bagel, P28 High Protein Bagels are now a viable option for the health- and figure-conscious. Made from the same bodybuilder baker brothers from upstate New York, P28 Bagels are versatile food items for any lover of the yeasty bread treats. With only 25 carbohydrates per bagel as well, the bagels are great options not only for breakfast or for snacks, but as part of meals, too. When toasted, the P28 Bagels are crisp, but easy to eat and just the same, when eaten right out of the package in the soft state, the bagels remain just as delicious and are filling before and after workouts.

There are many good and unique ways to eat them. One good way is to have a bagel with grape jam for breakfast, like in the way you might have your toast in the morning or even coating the heart of the bagel with flavored cream cheese is a good idea, making the snack savory or sweet, depending on your taste. They are also good when used as a sort of bun; a great example is having a steak and egg bagel for a filling, protein-loaded meal. Another good way for the P28 Bagels to be eaten are as open-face sandwiches; half of a P28 Bagel with salmon steak and a delicious sauce is ideal. With butter, even, the P28 Bagels have a great, mild flavor that is easy to enjoy, and they are great carriers for just about any topping that can be thought of and consumed!
