His last fight was November last year against Paul Malignaggi held in MGM Grand in Las Vegas, it was an 11^th round technical knock out. Pacquiao on the other hand has a 48-3-2, 36 by the way of a technical knock out and also a power puncher fought pay per view king Oscar Dela Hoya last December with an 8^th round technical knock out. The two gentlemen came from their big victorious fight last year, obviously they are the king on their own and both has the biggest price for this year's boxing fight.

Floyd Mayweather Sr. will guide Hatton's training and strategy, while Pacquiao will go under the training camp of Freddie Roach. They will fight for IBO Junior Welterweight title owned by Hatton under the promotions of Golden Boy Promotions of Oscar Dela Hoya and Top Rank by Bob Arum with a pay-per-view telecast.
