PACQUIAO to MAYWEATHER: SEE YOU in COURT!

"Enough is Enough!" Manny Pacquiao

SB
Philippines' pride Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather will no longer fight inside the ring but in court.

PACMAN officially declared on December 26 his decision to file a libel and slander suits against Floyd Mayweather Jr, Mayweather Sr. and Richard Schaefer, chief executive officer for Oscar de la Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions Inc. for accusing him of using performance-enhancing drugs.

Pacquiao's promoter Robert "Bob" Arum also said that the proposed match of Manny and Mayweather, Jr. on March 13, 2010 is definitely over.

Manny is so dismayed with Mayweather's demand for him to undergo an Olympic-style random drug test, which will require him for blood testing, 48 hours before their match.

"Enough is enough! These people Mayweather Sr. Jr. and Golden Boy Promotions think it is a joke and a right to accuse people wrongly of using steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs. I have tried to just brush it off as a mere pre-fight ploy but I think they have gone overboard," Pacquiao said.

"I have instructed my promoter Bob Arum, head of Top Rank Incorporated, to help me out in the filing of the case as soon as possible," he added

It's a good thing that Manny just called out the fight already. Obviously Mayweather is not the type of a sports man that any athlete should have a fight with. It is such a dirty tactic for the latter's camp to get Manny out of the game, by attempting to demoralize him even at this very early stage.

Pacquiao has far proven himself already. It's so ridiculous for one to doubt him; with 7 straight wins he had proven more than enough.

And of course, he should really file charges because, their allegations are very damaging to his hard-earned reputation and fame. Not to mention that Pacquiao's name is now worth millions of dollars already.

Knowing Manny personally, it is unlikely for the man to have any grudge with anyone. It's just that Mayweather's camp's ploy is so malicious and the damages to Pacquiao are really of punitive nature.

Although Pacquiao is aware that his fans not, just fellow Filipinos but, all over the world have so much faith on him yet, he still assured everybody of the truth.

"I maintain and assure everyone that I have not used any form or kind of steroids, and that my way to the top is a result of hard work, hard work, hard work and a lot of blood spilled from my past battles in the ring, not outside of it," Pacquiao's words of guarantee.

In separate interview by the Associated Press, the "people's champ" even said that he has no idea what steroids even look like and added "God has kept me safe and victorious through all these years."

And, Pacquiao's Christmas message to Mayweather "see you in court soon!"

Pacquiao and Arum agreed to any BLOOD TEST..the same type of blood tests conducted by the NBA or NFL...but not the USADA..because that agency has close ties to Golden Boy.

Mayweather camp insists that the testing be done by USADA.

Why are they insisting on USADA? For sure, they are up? to something. They want to cheat on the blood tests.

Pacquiao team wants a neutral agency to do the blood testing.

(I think the only ones on crack are FLoyd Sr. and Roger. They should be investigated.)

    GO PACMAN SUE THEM!!!!!!!!

FLOYD G@YWEATHER = TOTALY LOSER IN COURT & RING!!!
