The wallet can be a real pain and we are not talking the money aspect. Keeping your wallet in your back pocket can be a real pain by producing shooting pains down the leg. If you wallet holds a lot of stuff causing it to be rather bulging, it can put your spine out of alignment.
Cheese and wine can bring on those headaches. Those aged cheeses like mozzarella, feta and even Parmesan contain tyramine. It is well noted for its ability to cause headaches and can also be found in processed meats and beverages. Red wine also triggers headaches due to the fact it contains tannis.
Your work space does contain some dangers. Computers and typing can cause overuse injuries. If you spend numerous hours at a desk, check out the setup. A chair that is not positioned correctly can strain your back and give you a pain in the neck. If you type a lot you can be at risk for carpal tunnel. Headaches can stem from eyestrain, such as a dimly lit screen or too many hours at the screen without giving time for your eyes to relax.
The way you sleep can bring on those pains. If you sleep on your stomach you run a risk of twisting your neck to the point of hyper extension. Those that sleep on their side with one arm over head for many hours can strain the shoulder.
Smart phone may be smart but add to the pain. All of that web surfing and text messaging can place a lot of wear and tear on your thumbs. Practitioners have observed arthritis of the thumb in people as young as thirty.
If you experience chest pains, like that old adage of an elephant on your chest go to the emergency room immediately, it could be a sign of a heart attack.
There are alternative practitioners that do not use medications which can help you relieve those aches and pains for headaches, back pain, hand pain, sore shoulder and general aches.
