Painless Weight Loss: Mission Possible

A Personal Success Story

Vilie Fara
Every woman that fails corresponding to the definition of a fashion model believes that she is overweight. We are constantly bombarded by so many style messages and anorexic images that even 12-year-olds start searching for the troubling cellulite and fat tissue.

When you think about the condition of your body you should trust only one criterion. If you feel uncomfortable in your own skin you should look for a change.

I started feeling unhappy with myself at the age of 20. Kilograms had never bothered me, though I had to hide some tissue behind oversized t-shirts and long skirts.

Deciding to change things is an excellent start. What happens next? The number of weight loss ads outnumbers the presence of anorexic models in media. You are guaranteed painless and easy loss of weight while you sit on the couch watching a movie or while you have a bite of a cheese burger.

The process is actually not that difficult once you set realistic goals.

You have to want it
To start the process, you need motivation. If you lack convincing arguments that you really want to do it, the weight loss attempt is very likely to end in a failure. Gaining the proper understanding and the will to initiate change will get you going.

Losing weight does not mean starving
Eating healthily and starving are completely different from each other. And dieting can be a pleasant experience. Step one involves smaller than usual portions. Step two involves getting rid of junk food. Step three focuses on the understanding that food is the fuel that your body needs to function. Food is not an emotional outlet. It can be fun but it has to remain within reasonable quantities.

Moving
When you start feeling lighter, you will get the urge to move. And one you start doing it you will become addicted to sports. The process speeds up even more when you see change taking place. When your body begins to shape up. When the size of your clothes diminishes.

Sounds like a pile of nonsense? Believe me, this is a personal story. I started by throwing out all bread. Chocolate followed. When I felt the urge to eat something I just selected an apple.

Trying to do sports initially was a real pain. I felt aches in every single bit of my body... even in places where no muscles are supposed to exist. Yet, I slowly started building endurance and I felt lively and relaxed after each practice session.

The result was the loss of 10 kilograms in slightly less than four months.

Just having the proper motivation and understanding gives you the proper start. You need the will to finish it all off.
