If you are more for the club type person and like to get out and dance all night long, then these clubs should be best for you. If you are a woman 21 or older, there really should not be any trouble finding anything to do. Many places in this town offer a "ladies night". This is where the women can go, get in free and drink for free. This is definitely where someone can go who doesn't have a lot of money to spend. One of the big night clubs that offer "ladies night" is called Ricochet. Ricochet is a country bar, but keep in mind that they do not play only country music. Ricochets play music anywhere from rock to country to rap to pop, and it is a good place to go for the evening if you are looking for fun. The club is open every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 2am. Ricochets is located North on 41 in the K-mart shopping plaza, just north of the Edison Mall. If you need any other information you can call them at (239)277-5700 or visit their website . Another club to consider is the Bamboo Club, located in Cape Coral at 1023 SE 47th ter. The Bamboo Club is the largest night club in Southwest Florida. This club plays music from the 70's, 80's, 90's and today. They also offer their famous garden rooftop, which features beds and tropical plants for people to lounge around in. Every night is a different theme, so call them to see what day is best for you. If you are more into the bar scene, then downtown Fort Myers is a great place to go. Downtown, also known as the River District features many bars, anywhere from billiards bars to cigar bars to rooftop bars. Bar hopping is definitely fun to do downtown. I always start at the cigar bar, located at 1508 Hendry Street. This bar offers 101 different types of martini's and over 100 different kinds of cigars to choose from, your sure to have the perfect night! The Cigar Bar also offers live music. If you need more information, go to their website .After I smoke my favorite cigar, I walk next door to a bar that has pool tables and is known for their frozen drinks called Fat Cats Drink Shack, the Cigar Bar owns this bar, so if you need any other information on this bar check out the same website. After playing a game of pool I like to head on over to the Sky Bar, located on the rooftop of Harold's restaurant, the sky bar features a full bar and an absolutely beautiful view of the Caloosahatchee river. The Sky Bar is open seven days a week from 3pm to 2am. except for Sundays, open 1pm to 2am. For more information call 239-332-7425.
If that still doesn't get you off your tush, then keep in mind restaurants. Many restaurants feature bars, and many of these bars offer drink deals. Chili's features 2 for 1 drink specials all day long, seven days a week. Chili's is located on College parkway, just before the Cape Coral bridge.
