Here we have Broccoli and Pine-Nut Soup. This is one of the simpler Paleo diet meal examples. The delicious soup is filled with nutrients and is perfect on a cold winter day.

Ingredients

1 onion, diced

1tbs oil

3 cups broccoli

3 cups chicken or vegetable stock

ΒΌ cup pine-nuts

Instructions

Fry onion in a large pan with oil on medium heat until slightly browned. Add broccoli and stock and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until broccoli has softened. Cool slightly. Place in a food processor or use an electric blender to form a smooth texture.

Heat to serve

Many Paleo diet meals contain meat such as pork, beef or chicken. Fish is also utilized and can be served with numerous different vegetables. Carrots, broccoli and sweet potatoes are some of the common vegetable but there are many more.

Desserts and snacks consist of fruits like citrus, berries and one of my favorites, strawberries. If you enjoy pie you are in luck as many desserts are pies containing fruit.
