Soon she will have a guest spot on 24. For so long when Bush 43 "Big Bro 43" did his big brother routine and swore that only he could protect the country from GWOT by engaging in "enhanced techniques"-code for torturing detainees, GOP ghouls mumbled about extracting information from a terrorist that would sidetrack a plot to damage our country. They had to get it immediately. Of course the US intelligence agencies said that torturing terrorists wouldn't work, but the GOP swore by it. All this time on 24 Jack Bauer was courageously torturing terrorists on 24.
Rupert Murdoch's involvement in Jack Bauer's 24 was as substantial as his work to alter news.
The article "OUTFOXED: RUPERT MURDOCH'S WAR ON JOURNALISM" AT
http://freedocumentaries.org/int.php?filmID=43 describes Murdoch's attempts to brainwash our populace for GOP political gain. Rove's goal was permanent GOP political gain so Murdoch hiring Rove was a bad day for truth in journalism.
The article states ""Outfoxed" examines whether and how media empires, led by Rupert Murdoch's Fox News, have an active campaign to misinform people for personal gain. This film provides an in-depth look at Fox News and the dangers of ever-enlarging corporations taking control of the public's right to know. ...
This documentary also reveals the secrets of Former Fox news producers, reporters, bookers and writers who expose what it's like to work for Fox News. These former Fox employees talk about how they were forced to push a "right-wing" point of view or risk their jobs. Some have even chosen to remain anonymous in order to protect their current livelihoods. As one employee said "There's no sense of integrity as far as having a line that can't be crossed."
Palin will have Cheney, Beck and fellow FOX Contributor, Rove, writing her material. I wonder when she'll start saying that Obama started the current economic crisis we are in as well as the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Her audience won't research her misinformation and believes anything she tells them. Obama knows this. Remember how he openly fought with them?
The GOP knows the score. Other than the apathetic red state 20% of our population-the Orwellian proles, no one else has believed them in years so their messages have one audience-those that can be swayed by war, hate and fear mongering .
The GOP's main propagandists now are Rove, Cheney and Beck. These three are adept at their craft but their abilities pale in comparison to Sarah Palin. What accomplishment can she boast about? She quit as Governor so she can't laud her successful political career. She is so inept that the question regarding what newspapers she read overwhelmed her. What is causing the red staters proles to be so loyal?
The article "What Sarah Palin and Bart Simpson Have in Common" at
http://www.alternet.org/blogs/peek/145170/what_sarah_palin_and_bart_simpson_have_in_common/
relates Palin to Simpson as it states "Every time I hear Palin try to answer any question on any subject, it reminds me of a Bart Simpson classroom presentation." Of course Bart didn't do the work-neither has Palin, and as the article regarding Bart states "He had to say something, so he made up some silliness and got the ordeal over with as quickly as possible."
How can a figure blatantly bill herself as a viable presidential candidate for the GOP and be compared to a buffoon? As the article states "Every time I hear Sarah Palin try to answer any question on any subject, it immediately reminds me of Bart's classroom presentation."
The other day Beck interviewed Palin and threw her a softball which she naturally whiffed on. The question "Who is your favorite founding father?" was answerable. You had to think that Beck and Palin practiced this interview because every person over the age of 4 knows Plain needs all of the help she can get. All Sarah could come up with was "all of them". The article states "If "all of them" sounds like a familiar response, it's because Katie Couric asked Palin about which newspapers she reads. "Um, all of them," she replied.
I realize right-wing activists adore the former governor, but her conspicuous unintelligence should be obvious to anyone above the age of 4."
Why do red staters and Tea baggers love Palin" She is "them" and they identify with her. The January 11th 2010 article "Heilemann: Palin 'regularly' said that 'that Saddam Hussein had been behind 9/11.'" at
http://thinkprogress.org/2010/01/11/heilleman-palin-saddam/
validates her lack of intelligence which cements for her the devotion of our apathetic red staters. The article states "In September 2008, then-Alaska governor Sarah Palin raised eyebrows when she appeared to link the invasion of Iraq to the Sept. 11 attacks, telling "an Iraq-bound brigade of soldiers that included her son that they would 'defend the innocent from the enemies who planned and carried out and rejoiced in the death of thousands of Americans.'" The McCain campaign claimed at the time that Palin "was referring to al-Qaeda in Iraq, a terror group that formed after the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq in 2003 and claims to be allied with the global al-Qaeda organization." But in an interview with CBS's 60 Minutes last night, New York magazine's John Heilemann, who is a co-author of a recently released book on the 2008 campaign, said that Palin "regularly" claimed during the campaign "that Saddam Hussein had been behind 9/11."
You had to be really ignorant to believe that whopper that Rove perpetrated on us all. Rove knows red staters. He knew that US citizens had an instinctual need to trust their leaders in crises and consequentially they would believe the war-time president Bush 43's lies about Iraq. Big Bro 43 was evil. Prior to Bush 43 no US president engaged in war making during an election cycle as they thought it would not be proper to do so. Bush 43 figured he'd get a few extra votes so he went ahead with the Iraq War, but he wouldn't stop there. His Iraq war is the only preemptive war in US history. And Palin, who will be billing herself as an expert, believed the lies. In her debut as a contributor to Fox News, Sarah Palin admitted Tuesday that leading up to her 2008 vice presidential debate she thought Iraq may have been behind the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
There is another GOP talking stooge, Rudy Giuliani, bald-facedly lying that "We had no domestic attacks under Bush". He was only echoing Perino and Matalin. They all get their information from one source so their lies will be so similar that the red staters will remember them as a result of constant repetition. That has always been a GOP trait, the foot-soldiers marching in lock step.
Who knows what Palin will be blathering about next. She can't be ignored. The base of right-wing extremists adore her. Having people with political aspirations, such as she, Rove-even Huckabee combined with the power hungry Rupert Murdoch doesn't bode well for the country. They used Huckabee as an experiment. His political career is likely ruined because he pardoned cop killer Maurice Clemmons. The radical right hate everyone as their lives are so dismal. They don't believe in mercy and add that to the fact that the person Huckabee pardoned shot 4 officers and his career is over. They learned a lesson with Huckabee. He has a substantial political career. Palin doesn't have that disadvantage weighing her down. For the substance free Palin the sky is the limit.
