I love lemons and almonds and I especially like them when they are in delicious Pamela's Products Lemon Almond Biscotti.

Pamela's Products was founded in 1988 by a lady named Pamela who left her family's health food business and decided to start her own company featuring a unique line of gluten free, all natural, and wheat free food. Pamela's grandparents started one of the very first health food stores in the San Francisco area and a variety of natural baked goods came from her grandparent's stores, but even though the baked goods were healthy, Pamela thought that the food lacked in taste and that it was possible for gluten-free and wheat-free food to taste great. It was upon this premise that Pamela's Products was established.

The company has many tasty products to choose from such as biscotti, organic cookies, baking mixes, cheesecakes, cakes, traditional cookies, and mini cookies.

I usually like to make a cup of hot, herbal tea and then I take a biscotti cookie, and dunk it in my tea before I eat it. I noticed that the biscotti hold up rather well after being partially submerged in the tea, unlike so many other cookies that I have eaten with my tea, which have fallen apart very quickly. Pamela's Products Lemon Almond Biscotti are delightfully crunchy and are packed with great tasting almonds. They are also very filling. I know that may sound strange, but I have eaten biscotti that are made by other companies and they are usually lack texture, depth, and fall apart very quickly in my tea.

The taste of Pamela's Products Lemon Almond Biscotti is like no other and each biscotti cookie has the wonderful taste of lemon along with almonds that are delicious and good for you. They are great to serve to guests at a party, when you have a get together at your home, or you can just eat it by yourself for a wonderful treat.

I cannot say anything negative about Pamela's Products Lemon Almond Biscotti. I highly recommend this product to anyone that likes the taste of lemons, almonds, and likes to dunk their biscotti cookies in tea or have them with coffee. They are absolutely yummy!
