Pamela's Products was founded in 1988 by a lady named Pamela, who left her family's health food business and decided to start her own company featuring a unique line of gluten free, all natural, and wheat free food. Pamela's grandparents started one of the very first health food stores in the San Francisco area and a variety of natural baked goods came from her grandparent's stores, but even though the baked goods were healthy, Pamela thought that the food lacked in taste and that it was possible for gluten-free and wheat-free food to taste great. It was upon this premise that Pamela's Products was established.
Pamela desired to have bakery goods that were all natural, wheat-free, gluten-free, and delicious. She has achieved just that with many great products to choose from such as organic cookies, biscotti, baking mixes, cakes, and of course her tasty Simple Bites Ginger Mini Snapz.
Pamela's Products Simple Bites Ginger Mini Snapz are delicious bite sized cookies that come in a 7 oz. bag and are small enough to eat by themselves or in your favorite frozen dessert. I love the taste of ginger and I love ginger when it is in a cookie. I did not put them on top of my favorite dessert, but I did eat them with some tea and they are the perfect size on those days that you want to enjoy the distinctive taste of ginger, but you do not want to eat a large cookie.
If you have children, they are great to put in lunch boxes and you can feel great giving them Pamela's Products Simple bites Ginger Mini Snapz, because the cookies are actually good for them. Each cookie is made with rice flour, tapioca starch, sweet rice flour, sugar, organic sugar, molasses, brown sugar, eggs, ginger spice cinnamon, baking soda, cloves, sea salt, and gluten-free vanilla flavor.

My opinion of Pamela's Products Simplebites Ginger Mini Snapz is a positive one. I like ginger, but many times when I have eaten ginger cookies made by other companies, I know that I am not eating cookies that are made with natural ingredients, not so with Pamela's Products Simplebites Ginger Mini Snapz. When I eat these specially made cookies, I know that I am eating cookies that taste great and are good for me. They are not too big and they are very satisfying in their mini bite size form. Pamela's Products Simplebites Ginger Mini Snapz are great as a snack or anytime you want a healthy, bite size treat.
