I could taste the big chunks of crystallized ginger in the cookie too. I usually put ginger in my tea, but when I ate Pamela's Products Spicy Ginger Cookies, I felt that I did not have to put any ginger in my tea, because the cookie had enough in it and my taste for ginger was satisfied after eating just one cookie.
