Don't you think that you deserve to have a day of pampering at home like many women who visit a health or beauty spa? Of course you do! Statistics show most women need to make a few lifestyle changes and devote more time for themselves instead of giving all their time to others. So, after working hard all week out side the home or taking care of a family most women deserve a bit of pampering to make them feel good about themselves and to de-stress. All it takes to pamper yourself is a few dollars, some time alone, and the right beauty items. So, lets' get started.

Getting Started

Right now you're thinking I don't have the money to pamper myself. Wrong. All it takes is a few items and a few dollars. Many items needed might already be around the house. Look through your beauty supplies. Most women probably already own bubble bath, bath salts, body scrubs, facial mask, a manicure or pedicure kit, lotions, body creams. And a few scented candles to place around the tub while bathing. Add some soothing and relaxing music. Find a fluffy robe to wear, cute slippers, and a nice fuzzy large towel to wrap around the body.

Now, make sure all the kids and hubby are out of the house for an hour or two if you are married. If you are having difficulty getting the family out of the house why not send them on a shopping errand for a few hours or to the movies. Or if you are single, having some alone time should not be that difficult. Simply turn off all the phones to avoid any distractions. Remember that you deserve this time alone to pamper and nourish your body and mind. Think of this as a period to rejuvenate And to renew your spirit.

Run some water in the tub. Add soothing bath salts or bubble bath under the running water. Use scents like jasmine or sandalwood to soothe. Take a long relaxing bath. Place scented candles around the tub. Play soothing music in the background. Apply the facial mask, and use your body scrub. After the bath moisturize skin with your favorite lotion. Dry off with the towel, wrap your bath robe around your body. Find a quiet place and start your manicure and pedicure. Afterwards relax and listen to more soothing music before taking a short nap.. And you should awake feeling refreshed and very pampered.
