Pantene Fine Hair Solutions Hairspray - Lasting Volume for Special Occasions

I have never used hairspray much in the past, as I did not like the "stiff" feeling it often gave my hair, but I enjoy Pantene's other hair products, so I thought I would try it out for my special day out where I met my friend for lunch. I have very flat, thin hair and have often wished it had more body and bounce. I decided to use Pantene's Fine Hair Solutions Lasting Volume Hairspray while I put my hair up in hot curlers to see if I could get the desired look I wanted. Here is my review of the product and the outcome.

I first started out by washing and drying my hair to see if it would give it the extra "lift" it would need before I put my hair in the hot curlers. Once my hair was completely dry, I then divided my hair into several different sections and put it into the hot curlers, varying from large barrel to small barrel, to get some nice body in my hair. Once I had my hair in the curlers, I then got out the Pantene Fine Hair Solutions Lasting Volume Hairspray and sprayed it liberally over each one of the curlers.

After leaving the curlers in for the usual allotted time, I started the task of taking out the curlers and separating the ringlets. Since I wanted a look that was full of body, I used a small comb to gently separate the curls. I was a bit worried about my hair being too "stiff" to do this, given my previous experience with hair spray, but I was surprised to see that although my hair kept the bounce and body, it only had a small bit of residue that I could feel.

Once I had it combed out the way I liked and to the amount of desired curl I liked, I then started working on pulling a bit of the hair on the sides back to get the style I wanted. Once I had my hair styled, I then sprayed a bit more of the hairspray over my hair and hoped for the best.

After a day of shopping and lunching with my friend, I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of my hair and how the Pantene Fine Hair Solutions Lasting Volume Hairspray helped. Generally, after a couple of hours, my hair falls flat again, but I was happy to see it still had retained much of the same body and bounce it originally had when I first used the hairspray. Not only did it still look great, but it didn't have a "hard" or "stiff" feel to it, and it had stayed in place.

I would recommend this hairspray to anyone with my hair style or who has flat or thin hair and needs extra help in getting it to stay styled. Pantene has once again made high quality products for reasonable prices. I will be using the product in the future for sure.
