Papaya is a wonder vegetable as well as fruit contains only health benefits for us. Papaya should be taken every day in our diet either in cooked form, juice, or taken as fruit will help you to live long, prevents and reduces ageing effects, keeps you skin health, prevents you from colon as well as prostrate cancer, removes worms, helps to prevent constipation, reduces the risks of heart attacks, alleviates inflammation, boosts up the immune system and aiding digestion. Therefore by Christopher Columbus termed papaya as "fruit of the angels".

If you are having a garden you must have at least one Papaya plant, because it is your great friend, which only gives benefits to its friends. It is available in different varieties. Therefore my recommendation to my friends to have papaya plant in their garden seeing its health advantages. A Papaya tree produces fruit year round.

Papaya is pear shaped between 7 to 20 inches in length, green when seen as vegetable and rich orange color or yellow colour as fruit. Inner side contains black seeds, if these seeds are taken with honey by chewing removes worms. Papain is extracted to make digestive enzyme dietary supplements and is also used as an ingredient in some chewing gums.

Papaya is wonder fruit for smokers directly or passive smoker life can be saved by eating papaya as suggested by research conducted at Kansas State University. Vitamin A deficient and develop complications associated with cancer and emphysema. Every Smoker make a habit of having papaya in your food intake.

The bottom line is take Papaya regularly as vegetable or fruit, prepare curry or drink juice it has great health benefit. Only when your are pregnant it is not advisable to take Papaya, because your pregnancy may be terminated.
