Paramount Hotel Review-Midtown NYC

Where Do You Stay in NYC

Visionary
If you're looking for a great place to stay in New York City, check out the Paramount Hotel in the heart of Midtown in the Broadway district. We stayed there in August, 2007. The customer service was excellent! Only two blocks from Broadway, the ambiance and overall appearance of the hotel from inside and out; lobby to personal room, restaurant to bar was outstanding!

We were newbies visiting NYC and wanted something that was nice and near Broadway theaters, shopping, and friendly-yes, New Yorkers are extremely friendly. We're from the Detroit area and I have to say people were much more personable in NYC than in my own hometown.

Our Paramount Hotel stay was an experience we thoroughly enjoyed and will repeat next year. We plan to extend our stay. I can't think of any other hotel I want to stay in. The owner personally asked how we we liked the hotel and if we needed anything without knowing who we were or where we came from. Everyone was so very hospitable! We just happened to run into him in the hallway.

Hands down, the Paramount is the place to stay if you're looking for a good hotel in Midtown. Oh, and by the way, AAA (Automobile Club Travel) set up our complete trip for us including the shuttle pick up and drop off.

So if you're looking to book a trip, ask whomever you use if they have the Paramount Hotel in Midtown, NYC in their list of hotels. When you're a tourist, new to an area, you don't want to have to worry if the hotel you book is going to be pleasurable. We took a chance, not ever having heard of the Paramount prior to our trip and were not sorry.

All I can say is, Outstanding from the bellhop to the receptionist to wait-staff, and so on! Our next stay in NYC Midtown will most definitely be at the Paramount Hotel!

Happy Travels to the city that never sleeps, NYC!
