Paranormal Activities I Have Experienced

When I was little my mother told me stories of her paranormal experiences with the houses that we used to live in. I was too young to understand what was going on in those houses, but as I grew older I became more and more interested in the paranormal.

It's very comforting to know that a loved one that has passed away is watching over you.

My first experience was two weeks after my grandma passed away in the winter of 1988. I was taking my boyfriend, who was in the Navy at the time, to Long Beach, California to go out to sea for six months. We arrived the night before he was to be shipped out so we rented a room for the night. We laid down and went to sleep and later that night I woke up standing on the edge of the bed crying very loudly and reaching for a floating transparent figure of my grandma in a long flowing white gown.

She had taken care of me from when I was 14 years old and we were as close as a mother and daughter. When she passed away I took it very hard and I still miss her very much today. I believe that you never get over the death of a loved one.

My second experience was in a house at 300 Lynn Drive in Harker Heights, Texas and during that time I was very depressed. I cried all the time and felt like my life didn't matter.

One day I was sitting at the dinning room table feeling miserable and I felt a comforting hug. I immediately thought it was from my grandma, but after what I'm about to tell you next I'm not so sure.

My third experience was about a year later in the same house. My daughter and grandson came over to visit. My daughter was excited because she had just bought a new Polaroid camera that developed sticky backed 2"X2" photos.

She started taking pictures of my grandson and laid the undeveloped photos on the table next to me so they could finish developing. I picked one up and I couldn't believe what I was seeing, there was an image between her and my grandson that showed up. I showed the picture to my daughter and she had a hard time believing it herself and was concerned about her son's safety. I told her that there shouldn't be any concern because there had been no bad paranormal activity in the house. Then we looked at the two pictures that she took after the image showed up and there was an orb in each one. It looked like the orb was going towards the hall in the house.

Since then I have moved back to my home town. Just recently in early October I was posting some Youtube videos from a haunting on a networking website that I'm a member of, and sharing experiences with friends there and the phone rang. I was talking to my boyfriend (the same one as above) and I saw an orb. And again I thought it was my grandma, but after I got off of the phone I took a drink of my soda and started choking, I almost passed out. Needless to say I stopped sharing my paranormal experiences until now.
