Low-Budget Film 'Paranormal Activity' Thrilling Audiences Everywhere
If you want to be truly scared by a movie, you need to have something unexpected happen in a movie, something truly different and maybe also truly familiar. Imagine if you and your loved one were haunted by a ghost in real life. That is basically the premise of a new movie called 'Paranormal Activity.'
History of 'Paranormal Activity' Movie
According to Wikipedia, the movie 'Paranormal Activity' was completed in 2007 and has taken a full two years to get a wide release which is now set for September 25 in a limited release. The movie was produced, edited, written and directed by Oren Peli and stars Katie Featherston, Michael Bayouth and Micah Sloat. The movie has a running time of 99 minutes and is being distributed by Paramount Pictures.
According to the Los Angeles Times in a recent article, the film was shot for as little as $15,000 in one week back in 2006.
