Paranormal Experiences: I Am Still Skeptical

I have been investigating the paranormal for 3 years. In that three years I have seen and heard things that are unexplainable. No matter how many times I try to find a reasonable explanation for what has happened I can not. I will share some of the places I have been and some of my experiences.

The first time I had even encountered a shadow figure was the most awesome and scary experience. We went to investigate a place called Ashmore Estates. There were four of us investigating. We were staying in the building for a 6 hour investigation. After the owner gave us a walkthrough of the building and some history of the place we were ready to begin. It was 32 degrees, there were no windows in this place. Two of our investigators went to the gas station for some kerosene so we could have a little bit of heat. While waiting for them to get back the other investigator and myself waited just inside the door under the stairwell.

We were talking amongst ourselves when we kept hearing movement on the third floor. It sounded like someone was walking around. I looked up and standing against the railing of the third floor, looking down at us was a dark shadow figure. I nudged my investigator and as she looked up the figure moved away. I was excited, this was the first time I had seen a shadow figure and at the same time I was scared. The rest of the investigation went well and we got some strange EVP's. There is a cemetery in Greenfield, IN, known as Hays Cemetery. This cemetery is known for paranormal activity. Almost every time we have been there we have had some sort of experience. The one that sticks out the most, we had arrived at the cemetery around 11pm. On one of the tombstones there was a toy mouse. Obviously some other people had been there. We decided to focus our investigation around this toy mouse. We started asking questions and said if they wanted us to leave knock the toy over. The toy was knocked over, I turned took a picture and we caught something that we can not explain. I am attaching the picture with this article. Some other experiences we have had include hearing growls, things being thrown at us, and we have gotten some EVP's.

We investigated a haunted theatre in Columbus, IN called The Crump Theatre. There have been reports of people seeing apparitions here. One of our investigators did see an apparition while we investigated here. My experiences were hearing piano's playing and there are not any pianos in the building. We heard singing. We heard screaming. We were outside and it sounded like someone was screaming. The scream sounded like it was a few streets over and then I opened the door to go in and the scream got louder. This was not an ordinary scream. This was like a blood curdling, someone is killing me kind of scream.
