Paris Hilton Dead?

Autopsy Sculpture Created to Warn of Underage Drinking

The body of Paris Hilton lays sprawled out while an autopsy is being preformed. But with true diva fashion, she still clutches her cell phone and has her dog, Tinkerbell, nearby. What caused the socialite to die? Drinking and driving while underage.

Don't worry - it is not the real Paris Hilton. It is just a sculpture of the famous socialite created in order to warn teens about the danger of drinking while underage, and of course - drinking and driving.

The sculpture is currently on display in Williamsburg, Brooklyn - a place where most prom-goers take their date for dinner.

The name of the sculpture is "The Paris Hilton Autopsy" and appears just like it says. Paris appears to be mangled as her body is twisted in strange positions - just like someone that had a serious car wreak.

On top of her head is a crown symbolizing her claim to be a Princess. Even her dog, Tinkerbell, claims a crown.

The reason behind the artist using Paris Hilton as his subject is due to her recent DUI arrest in which she is serving 36 months probation for.

The incident took place on September 7th, 2006 while Paris Hilton was driving in Hollywood. According to reports, a LAPD officer witnessed Paris driving erratically. When he pulled her over, she had Kimberly Stewart in the passenger's seat and both appeared intoxicated. After conducting a field sobriety test, Paris was arrested for blowing a .08 in the machine. The legal limit is .08 - which means that Paris was just barely in range to be arrested.

After being booked into the LAPD jail, Paris Hilton was able to make bond and was released.

During her court hearing, she gave a plea of no contest and was sentenced to 3 years of probation.

However, her legal problems are far from over - as she was recently pulled over for driving on a suspended licence and now faces a maximum of 90 days jail time for probation violation.

Paris will appear in court on May 4th to be sentenced.

Maybe this sculpture will not only serve a warning to teens around the world who consider drinking and driving, but will remind Paris Hilton next time she decides to drink and drive that it only takes one second for her life to go from having a crown on her head to having a tag on her toe.

I am so happy someone had the guts to make and display in public such a potentially controversial piece of art. i hope it really hits home to those who see it. drunk driving is a matter that needs some serious attention in our society and not just with underage drinkers. adults are just as guilty.

If it has an impact on the kids and keeps one person from driving drunk, than it is worth it. Good article.

The article is very good. My cousin was killed by a drunk driver. So it is personal to me as well. But, on the comments, what is the deal with "Michael Jackson" and Kelsey? Who are they and what is their problem? That stuff just doesn't belong on AC.

I hope this makes kids stop and think. Prom is such a dangerous time. Good job, on reporting this.

My dad was killed by a drunk driver...I hope this "art" will help remind at least one teen not to drink and drive.
