Paris Hilton Learns to Write; May Pen Prison Diary

She's so Brave

Anthony Caroto
In just a few weeks, the world-wide media will forget about George's war, poverty and actual news in lieu of Paris Hilton entering prison on June 5th.

While incarcerated at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Los Angeles, Hilton plans to write a diary of her 23-day prison experience. Residing in a special wing of the prison designed for former police officers and actual celebrities, Hilton's story will no doubt tangle with the hardships of prison life.

A deal such as this, which hasn't been confirmed, could net Hilton millions - because people will be dumb enough to buy it.

Hilton can expect her days to be spent in 23-hour confinement in a 8 x 12 cell and with the possibility of a cellmate. One hour will be spent outside of the cell for showers, phone calls and exercise.

In addition to the prison sentence, Hilton has also been dealing with a $10 million civil lawsuit filed by diamond heiress Zeta Graff. Graff claims that Hilton spread "vicious lies" about her that were printed in the New York Post.

A May 21st court appearance was postponed to August 22nd because Hilton was said to be "emotionally distraught and traumatized" at the moment.

Last week it was reported that Sheriff Joe Arpaio (Phoenix, Arizona) requested that Paris report to his famed Tent City to serve her sentence.

Oh how my heart goes out to her. Stay strong Paris, stay strong!

I second Clayton. The really sad thing is people are actually going to shell out money to read her diary when she is released. Great article. I would have loved to read your take on Paris crying when she was brought back to jail. But I guess that is old news now. Hehe.Bye

Eh, she wouldn't be the first idiot celebrity to write a lousy tell-all.

People really are stupid enough to buy something like that, aren't they? How depressing. :) Nice work!
