The man admitted to putting his dog's feces into an envelope along with his payment, while angry with police about receiving the ticket. He claimed he immediately regretted the decision after dropping the payment complete with the poop, into a drop box at the Law Enforcement Center in Austin. He says that he realized almost right away that the envelope would probably be opened by an office worker and not a police officer. he was unable to retrieve the envelope.
A female office employee in the Austin Police Department noticed something wasn't quite right when she emptied the mail from the drop box. She smelled a foul odor and eventually found her hands and desk stained with a sticky, smelly, brown liquid. The woman went home and awoke the next morning with a bad headache and persistent vomiting. She was hospitalized for two days for an illness yet to be determined.
The young man has been ordered to appear before the court on June 15, 2007.

Ha, amusing article
I hope he gets in big trouble.
Well, I was really ticked off about a parking ticket once, but it never occurred to me to do anything like that. Yuck!
That is horrible! Ick!
oh my! LOL that is just gross. I hope he has to pick up dog poop in the park with sandwich baggies on his hand as punishment
man, thta's just nasty, and I feel so bad for the woman who opened the letter, I hope she'll be ok. Great article
LOL. I have instantly regretted dropping letters in the box, but never, ever would think of something so foul. Goes to show when people say criminals are dumb is true. Not to give anyone ideas, but he could have less obvious about showing his dispeasure.
Oh my! I must admit this story gave me a chuckle although it really was a stupid thing for the guy to do. I feel sorry for the poor employee who opened the envelope. What a shock that must have been. Well, he gave the "poop", the news got the "scoop" and now he just might end up in the "coop". Great article!
Great reporting! It amazes me what people will do when they are angry.
