1. Poll Workers

Every year, different counties in United States have a high demand for temporary poll workers. These workers are paid over $100 for a day depending on their position. Contact the local election commission. However, these jobs may be for two or more days a year.

2. Product Demonstrators

Various companies such as sunflowerstaffing.com, mass connections and other companies usually hire demonstrators to give samples to customers, increase sales and promote merchandise. Pay usually range from $13 an hour an up.

3. Merchandisers

Companies such as narms.com usually have a list of jobs available for merchandisers, product demonstrators and territory managers. Some of these jobs pay from $8 and up. Drivelineretail.com and Convergence usually hire merchandisers.

4. Auditors

GFk.com hires auditors to observe and report on various conditions in stores. Some of these jobs pay $65 a day and require some form of training.

5. Proctors

Universities and community colleges often hire proctors on a temporary basis to work for them. They usually pay $11.00 and up. Contact your local community college and universities for more information.

6. Mystery shopping

Certain companies such as shopper's critique, jancyn, National Marketing Service hire mystery shoppers to work for them. Pay ranges from $7-20 depending on the assignment. Some assignments require digital camera to upload pictures. Certified Field Associate hires mystery shoppers and merchandisers.
