Core Beliefs

Many people suffering with an inactive spleen chakra have had many difficulties during the ages 5-10. Although they may have experienced a happy childhood, many core beliefs (thought patterns) are accepted at these ages causing blockages later in life.

Others during this age experienced their parents with relationship problems, suffered from abuse, received negative comments about their weight or had to mature too quickly and therefore lost their option in life to play.

An overactive spleen chakra is noticeable when an adult acts like a little spoiled child. They become very demanding and will be prone to addictions.
Orange Color Therapy

Essential Oils of Citrus scents such as lemons, oranges, bergamot, melissa
Orange Colour Bath Products
Carnelian gemstone
Foods - oranges, peppers, carrots, eggs, peaches, pumpkin, mangos

Decorate with orange when you need the physical energy of red and the mental stimulation of yellow. It is a great colour for children, representing the freedom and creativity to play. In a dining room it will stimulate the appetite and create joyful communication. Lighting candles in an orange room gives a warm, accepting atmosphere. In small doses for the bedroom, it stimulates sexual desire, releases inhibitions and allows for play time for adults.

Flowers for the garden - Marigolds, St. John's Wort, roses
Zodiac - Gemini & Cancer - Gemini for the yin/yang approach to life and Cancer for connecting to the emotional center - also very sociable people

Dislike Orange
