1. Oscar night honoring the members of the family complete with the red carpet, stars on the walk of fame
2. Looking at the Bar-mitzvah boy all throughout the years
3. Taste of Israel. This can be a great way to remember important highlights of any trip to Israel.

Party Activities using Music
What's that tune? Playing the Bar-mitzvah boy's favorite music is a great way to recreate the memories and enliven the party atmosphere. You could play some of his favorite tunes and have then a competition among his friends to check the associations. It's also a great ice-breaker for other family members who aren't familiar with pop tunes of young teens today. Once the atmosphere is calm and relaxed and everyone is enjoying themselves, it might be then a good time to give an important speech to the Bar-Mitzvah boy.
Other party activities include:
1. karaoke
2. End of the year speeches, poems, songs, riddles, games. A scavenger hunt or twenty questions is a good idea too.
A themed trip to a place in the local area, or to a restaurant.
L'Chaim! And remember, whatever party theme ideas and activities, have a great party!
