Passion

Poetry from the Heart

Eric Hubbard
The moonlight breaks across her face,

Blue eyes glistening,

His heart accelerates its pace.

They move as one to the bed,

Arm in arm,

Blood pounding in their head.

He lays her gently on the sheet,

Caressing her face,

And feels her heart quicken the beat.

Slowly, gently they remove their clothes

She smiles at him

And he marvels at the one he chose.

The passion takes them higher and higher

Kisses flare,

Their young bodies feel on fire.

A gently touch, a knowing glance

A smile breaks

They savor this heavenly chance.

Once passions throes has been released

And they settle

They know their feelings haven't ceased.
