Past Performance is the Best Judge

The reason that I prefer McCain over Obama is because he has a better work history. If I was going to hire an employee as a manager in my company, my choice would be McCain. He had the ability to fly a fighter jet in combat which takes great mental skills. Obama is basically a government hack with a gift to charm audiences with his rap. His credentials from an ivy league school is meaningless, it comes from the politically liberal classrooms he attended. McCain is less inclined to give away government money to organizations that survive on government handouts. He will be more fiscally responsible. But he is still a politician that needs every vote and will say almost anything to get it. There are no clear choices presented in this election. But I am going to vote for the one with the better work history, and if I was hiring an employee it would be McCain.

It is important for our country to have a strong military. It not only protects our shores but keeps our supply of oil flowing. Radical Arab politicians want to control the price of oil and make the rest of the world beg for every drop Without our military presence in the Middle-- East, America would be paying more than ten dollars a gallon for gas---it would be suicide for us if we let that happen. With McCain as president, our military will keep the oil flowing at a fair price.

The main reason for big government is its strong military. It costs billions to pay for our national defense. The rest of our economy can be handled by private ownership. Two examples are the agriculture and housing industry. Government subsidized farming and housing is destroying the work ethic of the country and taking the tax payer broke. Productive small farms can supply food and housings for those that need food and shelter. It is not a governments responsibility to feed the population by food stamp and housing programs. Food should come from the land or a mothers breast not from BIG DADDY GOVERNMENT. Housing the small farmer has never been a problem. The small farmer know how to house his family without government help. A farmer without a shelter is impossible. Even the livestock has a warm barn. The voters need a president that will help put the millions that need government help on the small farm where they can feed and house themselves. McCain or Obama will not stop government handouts. There will come a day when only the small farms can come to the rescue of a Big Daddy with empty pockets.

I believe that a highly conservative Supreme court, which would result from McCain's winning the election would put my rights as well as the rights of women, gays and minorities in serious danger. Otherwise there are actually only cosmetic and stylistic differences between the candidates. The Supreme Court appointments are enough for me to throw my support behind Obama however.

McCain's contributors are his constitutents - and he hands out money right and left for the developers (Del Webb) with Senator Reid as his cohort....and the liquor industry and a host of others that are his true 'constituents.'

Bet he wants to continue the Iraq war so that eventually he can get the Bud distributorship, as happened after the conflict in Vietnam was resolved, while betraying the POW/MIA families, his family's company was negotiating the Budweiser rights.

Due to the motto of this producer, can see why he supports McCain - same moral basis, it appears.

Check out how many planes Senator McCain crashed (and the taxpayer's paid for) as far as his 'superior mental skills' (I think it was 5 or 6, counting the one which resulted in his eventual capture by the Vietnamese).

You truly have little knowledge of Senator McCain at all.....

Uh, I thought you just left me a comment saying that Obama would would the Presidency and you'd be happy about that. So, which one are you intrigued by? I am not voting for either one, I could care less based on the fact the world is going to hell in a handbasket anyway. We are basically screwed from the getgo because they didn't choose a woman. Yeah, I probably sound like a real jerk saying that but obviously men in the white house haven't shown much improvement. I think if Hillary Clinton had won the nominee for Presidency and then the White House, our world would have been a better and much different place but that's my opinion and I'm a woman, so I guess it doesn't much matter.
