1 box of jumbo shells
2lbs of ground beef (substitute with ground turkey or vegan crumbles)
Fresh medium onion
Fresh bell pepper
Seasoning (1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, Italian seasoning)
4-6 quarts of water
Tablespoon of EVOO
1 jar of Ragu Garden Combination
Bag of shredded mozzarella
Boil water in a pot and add EVOO. Add the shells and stir frequently. Cook for 10 minutes then remove from heat and drain.
Cut the onion and bell pepper in small pieces. Place in ground beef in the skillet turning it frequently. Add seasoning, bell pepper and onion. Once meat is brown add the Ragu sauce and 1/3 mozzarella.
Once the shells and sauce are done, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Stuff the shells with sauce and place them in a large rectangular pan. Once all of the shells are stuffed, sprinkle mozzarella over the shells, and place the pan in the oven. Once the mozzarella has melted remove the pan from the oven and serve!
