Every Thursday, Princess Bridget waits for her friend, Ryan, the palace paper boy, to come by so they can secretly play soccer in the tower room away from the king and queen. But they are not the only ones in on their little secret! The king has been watching them play soccer every Thursday through a slightly opened door!
One day at the breakfast table, Princess Bridget was thinking about the soccer game that she and Ryan had played the day before. While she was thinking about the game her feet jerked. Her mother, the queen, scolded Princess Bridget for fidgeting so much and the king said that he would send for Miss Posy. He knew that she could help Princess Bridget with her fidgety feet! Oh, no! Princess Bridget could only think of how her life would be ruined because Miss Posy would stop her feet from fidgeting for sure!
On the day of Miss Posy's arrival, not only did she teach Princess Bridget how to be princess-like, but she also gave instructions to the royal guards, the servant and the cook! One could only guess the instructions that she gave to Princess Bridget on becoming more like a princess instead of Miss Fidgety Feet! Princess Bridget was ruined for sure!
One Thursday following another lesson on becoming princess-like, Princess Bridget and her friend Ryan were sitting in the tower and she was sharing how she doubted if her un-fidgety feet would ever be able to play soccer again. As much as she would love to, she didn't think it was in her.
Did Princess Bridget lose her fidgety feet? Will she have the opportunity to play soccer again?
