Ever heard these names before or maybe you heard about their crimes?

Bernard L. Madoff - pleaded guilty to defrauding clients of billons of dollars in a cleverly crafted Ponzi scam. He took robbed them of their life savings, retirement and kid's college funds and the lists goes on...

Wendell Ray Spell - pleaded guilty to defrauding investors out of a whopping $60 million dollars using, you guessed it; a Ponzi scam!

Edward T. Stein - pleaded guilty to fraudulently soliciting investors to purchase interests in several funds that he never intended in investing in.

I could write a 12-volume book on the number of individuals who were arrested, charged and pleaded guilty to FRAUD. They defrauded investors and our judicial system said, "THEY MUST PAY FOR THEIR CRIMES!"

It stands to reason that if a person commits a crime; they should do the time, right? WRONG!

Not when it comes to Paternity Fraud! This has become the crime of the century, bar none. What other crime do you know of that a person can defraud another out of thousands, tens of thousands, yeah, hundreds of thousands or more and GET CAUGHT, and instead of being prosecuted, our judicial system turns around and prosecutes the VICTIM?

There is no other crime, except Paternity Fraud! And you better watch out because more and more perpetrators are jumping on this cash cow.

What is Paternity Fraud?
Paternity Fraud is when a woman knowingly and willingly conceals the fact that she had more than one sexual partner during the time of conception. When she gives birth and does not use DNA to determine the who the actual biological father is, she is going to get wrong most of the time. But, wait a minute; one of the most common forms of Paternity Fraud is the most damming and most despicable.

Paternity Fraud Level 1
This is the highest level of Paternity Fraud because the women who commit this crime set about to intentionally deceive the man into thinking he is the father for the SOLE PURPOSE of collecting child support! Here's how it normally works. Said mother is dating a bum with no future and she goes and gets pregnant by said bum. Stupid move right? Wrong because she is about to GET PAID, just keep reading! Upon learning of her pregnancy, she rushes out and finds a man who has a job, house and other assets. Using her feminine wiles, she gets this man to have sexual relations with her and then BAM! Two weeks later she informs him that she is pregnant WITH HIS CHILD!

Wait one cotton picking minute!

She was already pregnant by the bum, right? That's right!

But the man with the job, house and other assets has no way of knowing this unless the woman reveals that she was ALREADY PREGNANT!

Moving forward, she gives birth to the child and IMMEDIATELY files for child support. Here's were the FRAUD comes in. When she filled out that Paternity Affidavit, she did so under penalty of perjury and she swore to TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH! She was asked did she have more than one sexual partner during the window of conception? And this woman didn't even flinch as she bold-faced lied and said, NO!

Oh God, HOLD my tongue back because I'm about to GO OFF!

Based on her Paternity Affidavit and statements, the man is ordered to pay her a staggering $1700.00 per month in child support and that figure has ROCKED HIS WORLD!

BUT, he reasons, "I brought a child into the world so I'm going to do the right thing and take care of her!"

He wants to see the child, but the mother insists, "Just pay your child support and we'll be fine, we don't need you!" The truth is, the bum boyfriend of hers doesn't want any other man around HIS CHILD! Therefore, the man isn't allowed to see the child at all.

Yes my friends, this is an everyday occurrence!

A year and a half later the man marries the woman of his dreams! A woman of virtue, integrity, honor, honesty with a heart full of love. She was told about the love child when the two first met and thought it odd that a mother wouldn't allow a GOOD MAN to help raise his child, hmm... something smells fishy she tells her husband.

After much prodding from his family, the husband obtains a Legal DNA Paternity Test through a cleverly laid plan by his wife and mother and is shocked beyond measure; THE CHILD IS NOT HIS! But you already knew that...

Since the child's birth, he has paid the woman a total of $45,900.00 in child support!

Furious over the fraud and thinking that our JUDICIAL SYSTEM will mete out equitable justice, he goes and files a motion to terminate all child support payments to the SCAM ARTIST.

The woman shows up in court and states once again under penalty of perjury, "I was with NO OTHER MAN, I SWEAR, I'm not like that... I wouldn't do that, YOUR HONOR!"

The judge orders another DNA Paternity Test and this is where is gets real dicey.

The lawyers from the CSE Child Support ENFORCEMENT who represent the state on behalf of the mother and children argued that the DNA test results be excluded and sealed and that the defendant be allowed no further DNA tests. These lawyers cited the fact that he had already consented to being the father and under law that was good enough.

The judge disagreed and ordered another DNA Paternity Test and the results are... the man is once again excluded from being the biological father of the child ONE HUNDRED PERCENT! If he was in criminal court and had been arrested, tried and convicted and DNA evidence proved he didn't commit the crime, the conviction would be vacated and he would have the right to sue the state.

But we are not in criminal court; we are in FAMILY COURT and we are dealing with the money grubbing Mafia, the CSE Child Support ENFORCEMENT! And in this court and with this branch of American government, old lady justice DOES NOT prevail! In this court CASH is KING and whichever man has the cash, he becomes the king's ransom!

The CSE attorneys successfully fought to block the man from submitting the DNA test results into evidence. They also noted that the man had married and the wife was working and therefore the woman was entitled to an increase in child support payment, due to the increase in his income.

In the end, the woman petitioned for an upward modification that included the wife's salary and CSE was able to get an increase in the child support from $1700.00 per month to $2150.00 per month

This is how the issue panned out to this date...

They judge knew the woman committed paternity fraud.

Child Support Enforcement knew the woman committed paternity fraud.

The bailiff in the courtroom knew the woman committed paternity fraud.

The courtroom reporter knew the woman committed paternity fraud.

The woman knew she committed paternity fraud.

The woman's bum boyfriend knew she committed paternity fraud.

The woman's mother and father knew she committed paternity fraud.

The DNA provider knew the woman committed paternity fraud.

The man who is being forced to pay child support to her knows she committed paternity fraud.

The man's wife knows the woman committed paternity fraud.

Yet, even with the overwhelming DNA evidence that should exonerate him, he is still being forced to make child support payments to this woman or FACE GOING TO JAIL!

So whoever told you, "Crime doesn't pay, LIED!"

The crime of Paternity Fraud not only pays; it will penalize the victim for being victimized.

Should a Man Be Forced To Pay Child Support After DNA Proves The Child is Not His? YES!
The answer is YES! That's what proponents of Paternity Fraud say! Yes, my fellow American citizens who believe in justice, integrity and equity. There are women, men, judges, legislatures and various feminist groups who vehemently state, "Just because a man takes a DNA test and the results prove he IS NOT the biological father of the child, doesn't mean he gets to walk away from HIS child support obligations!"

His child support obligations? Duh! The DNA test just prove he IS NOT the biological father of the child, therefore, how does this remain HIS child support obligations?

Where is the child's biological father? Why isn't he being held accountable? Because CSE is in the business of hammering the man with the MONEY! They don't give two flying flips if he is the biological father or not. If he has a job, money and/or assets, and turns out not to be the biological father of the child, they are still going to nail him to the cross.
