Path Ways to Success: Kaplan Universities Top Student

It was a career change for me that opened my eyes to the wonderful world of online education. One of the biggest challenges that I had to face when enrolling into Kaplan was teacher to student transition. Kaplan had this once in a lifetime chance to achieve something that everyone needs. When I made the pledge to Kaplan University I knew that the learning experience was going to be what I put into it. Kaplan made me believe that if I work extremely hard and the classes were built for the style of learning I need. I came to Kaplan because not everyone can fit in a classroom and be lectured to death on stuff that might not be on the test. Kaplan gave you a chance to learn and what ever was taught to you, you knew it was going to be on the required piece or turn in assignments.

The assignments helped you understand the materials that were given in the course. The teachers were just right when it came to handling the students and which students they had in their online class. Once you get an idea of how the teacher will respond to you cyber messages, and how the follow of the class will allow you to set your pace for learning. The pressure of getting things done will be at your own pace. This will allow you to study on your own time, when you can and anywhere you want that has computer access.

When I started at the University of Kaplan it was my own inner demons that pursued me to continue the educational process. Those demons were the challenging markets of you have to have a degree in order to function in America. I was a struggling writer when I stumbled on Kaplan, and Kaplan has allowed me to polish up my writing skills. Kaplan also allowed me to practice at the game of writing. It opened my style of writing to a world of viewers, and it also helped me clean up the large spelling problem that I had before Kaplan. It was also my little brother entering college and the pressure of him getting his degree before me added that sibling fire. A fire that allowed me to do unthinkable things and handle that amount of pressure in learning, while in Kaplan. After the dedication I put into the classes, the teachers, and the school; it was the Kaplan administration that was cheering me on and being that bamboo that put my educational goals together.

When I say Bamboo, I mean as the teacher where every hard on me but every encouraging and willed me to strive hard and better. Some of there comments in the check down on the assignments were straight to the point. Since I had that competitive nature and writing will, I took all of those comments and placed it in the next assignment. It was pure discipline that allowed me to gain the respect of the teachers. Once I had their respect I worked hard for the learning I was going to receive, and I wasn't afraid to get one.

My decision to further my education came in the state of losing employment to a person with a degree. It didn't matter about how smart I was or how good I was at it. It came down to state requirements and they made a choice to invest in someone with the requirements instead of sending me for the training. So I then started my own business, which is opening up new doors that wasn't there before. These doors are know helping me educate the generation behind me, and I mostly did it to show my younger peers that you can leave school and still go back.

If you go back you can make a positive impact on your life and your family as well. As a struggling writer they always tell you to learn and find something that will make your skills better and education was a larger part of the goals I wanted for myself. Plus my new company was lacking an educated official, and people sometimes took shots at the extremely small company. So to prove to the ongoing haters in the field, I had to receive an education, and after trying the other online schools Kaplan was really the best move I ever made. The free to move about, and the hard but motivating confidence the faculty gave it students allow me to work hard for them and listen to their advice.

My long-term goals are to continue my education and receive the highest online degree possible. I also want to reeducate the children on my hometown, and show them to not ever give up on the dream you placed as a child. I want to work as hard as I can to make my small company, (Coaches! 101), a company that strives for success and brighter futures for children. I'm a children's activist so many of the thing I will do should evolve the children. My company is an online production for the children. We help them get into schools across America or get them to the right reference that will brighten their futures.

The company is a non-profit organization with out federal exempt, but it is an online production. So I plan to push the fight on Literacy in America, and education in the country as well. I am also a children's book writer, who has graduated from a children's literature class done online. I was doing this class two years before Kaplan, and with the help of Kaplan I was able to finish both course in the same year.

I was Kaplan that gave me the confidence and the will to fight on with my educational goals. Since the learning, and all the things that I have gained will at the University of Kaplan, and am going to instill that same passion in to the uneducated and hope they can find some type of fulfillment as I did. My future plans are to publish my second book, which is "A Literacy Tour on America; A Poem for Joy and A poem for Pain." This book is the stories of my past two years at Kaplan and Children's literature, and the life I lived while taking these classes. This book is the product of the teaching that was stored upon me while I educated my self through by taking online classes. Those are my future plans, which is to write, promote, and teach the children on the next generation. Since Kaplan programmed that will into me I am looking forward to stay at the school as long as I can and receive that education and be "Kaplan Supreme Alumni."

I have never used Kaplan for their online courses, but I have used their software exclusively for preparing for every standardized test I have ever taken from the SAT's to the GRE. Every single time I have met and exceeded the goals I set for myself because they have an incredible program- full of useful tools and strategies to get you through! I am glad to hear that their online courses are just as impressive.
