They dreamed
Patriots' dreams;
Dreams borne of their desire
To break forever the bonds of
Tyranny.
They dared
To take up arms against the foe.
They stood up and declared
Independence...
For all.
They fought
Courageously
Against their oppressors;
They bled and died and sacrificed
Their lives
To win
On battefields
Freedom from tyranny;
Self-rule, liberty, and justice
For all.
They are
The reason we are free today.
We honor always the
Patriots' dreams
They dreamed.
