Paula Abdul is Back!

How to apply to the Paula Abdul's Dance Show

Dancing Video

You need to create a video of your dancing. You can upload via YouTube for the easiest method. Your Dance Video is about promoting yourself as you get one opportunity to dazzle the judges. Use well known songs for your choreography. We've seen on shows like American Idol how bringing a boring song can really get you sent home.

Register

You will need to fill out the online registration form. Then the wait begins. Remember to Spell Check when you register. There is nothing worse than spelling errors on an application. Someone will contact you with a registration number. Once you get this, you are on your way to dancing in front of Paula! If you've made it this far, Congratulations!

You can download the Audition Application right on the Paula Abdul's Dance Show website. There is an Audition Application for Adults and an Audition Application for Minors. You will need to take this application with you to the Audition. Keep in a Ziplock or safely tucked away unless you are outside for a long time. Remember, it rains outside!

Television Viewers love watching the choreographed routines. You can find stars from the beginning. It's all in the choreographed routine created by the dancer or dancers.
