Royal Oak offers residents and those ticketed within city limits the ability to pay their fines online. The court itself will accept cash, check (for those without suspended licenses), credits cards (only Mastercard or Visa), a cashier's check or money order. But many people have trouble getting there. Fines can also be paid via the mail by placing the ticket number on the check or money order or by dropping the payment in the drop box in front of the court building.
Credit card payments can be made online for both traffic or parking tickets by visiting https://payments.clemis.org/clmcitationpay. Be sure to have your ticket number or driver's license number handy to pay online. You may also call 1-888-604-7888 and follow the touch-tone menu to pay by phone.
For any additional questions regarding your ticket or how to pay it, call 248-246-3600 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
