Paypal to Moneybookers - Buy, Sell or Convert

For Those Having Trouble Converting, Loading or Withdrawing Their Paypal Funds

Do you need to withdraw your Paypal funds? Do you need to convert it to Moneybookers? Do you have trouble searching for the best way to load, convert or withdraw your Paypal in the internet, only to find out that the data you'll get is so outdated?

If you still don't have Paypal, you may get an account for Free: https://www.paypal.com/ph/mrb/pal=WUJT9YLZFM64G

I have tried selling Paypal by sending GCash. Unfortunately, after sending the money, the other party cancelled his payment. The Paypal accounts used to send me money were under the following names: Julio Sesar Aguilar raptor0203@gmail.com, Sara Ganser Ms_Starbuck82@yahoo.com, and Danny Drew drewtosa@yahoo.com.

When I checked Paypal's Terms and Conditions, the one that's easily recognizable is that it is not permitted to send funds as payment for gambling activities. However, if you dig deeper, you'll eventually find that Paypal will ask you to register your moneychanging activity with them. Because I did not intend to do this on a regular basis, I didn't go through the process of registering a new company, and coming up with the P100,000 fund needed for a quasi-banking entity.

Because it is dangerous to receive Paypal funds, I suggest you do not send your money that quickly to allow the Paypal funds to stay for awhile. The scammers will ask you to send the money as soon as they've sent you Paypal then quickly refund it. While they have the luxury of retracting their payment, you'll be left losing yours.

Since it's hard to "buy" or receive Paypal funds from an unknown person, I checked the internet how I could do this without having any risk on my part. I came across http://www.getafreelancer.com/affiliates/bigsound/ .

I found out that this site can let you withdraw your funds in Moneybookers, E-Gold, Wire Transfer, or Paypal. The minimum amount that you may withdraw is $30. When I tried loading my account with Mondybookers then immediately withdrew it to Paypal, I waited for 14 days (since they claim the first withdrawal will take time, but the succeeding ones would be done quickly), only to find out that http://www.getafreelancer.com/affiliates/bigsound/

does not accept money changing activity. I told them I just tried this because I read it on one article I found on the internet. They then refunded my initial deposit.

If you're gonna use this method, it would be best that you sign up for a real account, do some projects then withdraw your earnings. But this is not what you're here for, are you? :)

I also came across this site: http://www.e-moneymove.com/?nrs2=100527

I was able to pay $80 Paypal and successfully get $100 Moneybookers through this site. Well, since I know I will pay via Paypal, I didn't see any risk in sending it. I would just have to click a button to get my Paypal funds back if the seller didn't send me Moneybookers. Well, I just tried this once because I'm not intending to make this as a business.

The lesson here is that when trying to exchange your funds, check the two accounts if any of the parties can easily refund the money. The one who can easily retract his payment must allow the other party to wait for a few days to avoid disputes. If the one who has the capability to retract payment intends to defraud you, he will harrass you and make you want to send your payment quickly. Do not deal with this type of person.

Lastly, make sure that money exchange is allowed with the type of account that you have (Paypal, Moneybookers, etc.) even before trying to start doing it.

Though I lost at least $500 from trying to change Paypal to GCash because of some scammers, I hope it stops with me. Please forward this article to your friends and loved ones so they won't get scammed.

Thank you!

Scammers will ask you to send your money fast, then upon receiving the funds, they will get back their money.
