Fantasy Rollercoaster puts you in the driver's seat as a roller coaster conductor. You are offered a game that is based on simple physics. As the brakeman on this tripped out rollercoaster you will make sure the coaster is moving. You might move slow or you might move fast. The choice is ultimately yours, but be careful because one slip of the track and BAM...dead kids. You don't want that now do you?
The kids on board are crazed, little thrill seekers. The faster you go (move faster by pressing the left arrow) and the more they jump and jar in their seats, the louder they will squeal and the more points you will earn. You will know you are doing well if you see the hearts fly out from the kids and onto your total. Of course, you will also know you are doing well if no one dies. Good luck on that one though, it's not as easy as you might think. You will need to go fast in order to score the points, but slow and steady (draw back with the right arrow) will be more apt to win you the race, especially in the beginning.
The more hearts you get as a signal of the kids happiness will mean the addition of more cars as you move on to different levels. However, if you crash or do not do too well on a level some cars may be taken away. Obviously, the more cars you have, the more challenging the game play will become. The most cars you will receive from one round to the next will be two. From there, if your game play goes down or you crash, a car will be taken away.
This cycle starts right from the beginning so you will want to watch your step. If you crash from the get-go you will automatically lose a car and it will be hard to work up to the full amount of cars. Your game play will still progress it just won't be at full potential. However, the level of fun that is provided will keep you playing in order to improve. My first game saw me crashing quite a bit. I didn't give up though and now I do much better.
If you are looking for something fun that only takes a little bit of patience and skill then you will enjoy "Fantasy Rollercoaster". While there are only five levels and you reach those levels whether you crash or not, the game remains fun throughout, and the graphic backgrounds are extremely pleasing to the eye.
"Fantasy Rollercoaster" is a great way to relax and waste a few minutes of your day. However, with most games running around $15 per download, it might not be worth it to purchase a game with so few levels.
