Peachy and sweet, great for an all girls night, or a dinner by candlelight.
Makes two servings.
You Will Need:
Four ounces of vodka (Smirnoff, Svedka, Grey Goose, Absolut Apeach, Stolichnaya Peach, or SKYY)
½ ounce peach Schnapps (Dekupyer)
½ ounce cranberry juice
One ounce chilled peach nectar (Jumex or R.W. Knudsen)
Two slices of fresh peach
Two toothpicks/stirrers
One cup of ice
Instructions:
Add ice to shaker. Add vodka, schnapps and cranberry juice to shaker and shake for 5-10 seconds, until cold. Add the peach nectar and swirl the shaker for an additional 30 seconds.
Strain into two martini glasses. Garnish with a peach slice using toothpick/stirrer. Enjoy!
