Peachy Peach Cobbler requires only a few ingredients to make and it is so good your family will beg for it throughout the year.

Peachy Peach Cobbler Ingredients:

2 large cans peaches in light syrup, drained
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the peaches, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Pour the peaches into a 10 inch by 6 inch baking dish.

Topping:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
6 tablespoons butter, melted

Sift the flour, sugar and salt into a small bowl. Add the egg and stir the mixture with a fork until it becomes crumbly. Sprinkle the crumbled dough over the prepared peaches. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cobbler. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top and bake for 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.

Make Individual Peachy Cobblers for Everyone

Instead of preparing the peaches in a baking dish, use muffin pans. Place a muffin liner inside each space and fill with the peaches, about two-thirds of the way to the top. Sprinkle the crumbled dough over the peaches as directed above. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with homemade whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.

Homemade Whipped Cream Topping

8 ounce container heavy cream
1/4 cup confectionery sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla

Place the heavy cream into a cold mixing bowl. Add the confectionery sugar and vanilla to the cream. Beat the mixture on medium high speed until the cream forms stiff peaks. Serve cold on top of warm peach cobbler. Store the remaining whipped cream in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
