Peaks & Valleys: Looking Within Your Own Heart! (part 1 of 4)

Reflection: Life can be like a roller coaster ride! There are times when we feel like we are on top of the mountain and other times we feel like we are in a valley of despair. The valley times can feel so low that we can no longer see the top of the mountain. Our hopes have been dashed and our dreams have been crushed.
When you are in the valley,start by looking into your own heart for the answer. The psalmist David said, create in me a clean heart and renew a steadfast spirit within me. It will be the times in the valley or the seasons of life that seem dry and without hope that we will have to start by looking within our heart. Ask the Lord to renew & refresh you as you walk through the valley to reach your mountain top. Remember you may start in a valley but you have a mountain top to look forward to!

Post a CommentIsn't God's Creation wonderful? If He hadn't created it, it would be as clunky as the evolutionists. What to them, the beauty of the butterflies, the rift of dawn, the reddening of the rose? God looked on His Creation and saw that it was good, not just functional but beautiful!
