Peanut Butter Banana Soy Milk Smoothie

This One is the Favorite Around Our House!

Serves 2 large or 3 small portions and it is sooo very simple. Can easily substitute organic ingredients. Use 3 teaspoons sugar instead of honey to be made completely vegan.

Ingredients:

2 bananas

½ cup peanut butter

3 tbsp honey

3 cups soy milk

2 cups ice

It's easier if you throw the ice and soy milk into the blender first and get a smooth base going. This also helps keep the peanut butter and honey from sticking to the sides. After the soy milk and ice are blended fairly smoothly, add the bananas, peanut butter and honey and blend until smooth again. Add more ice if you like it a little thicker and milkshake like. Pour into individual glasses and serve with straws. Top with banana slices for garnish if you like.
