Bon Bons:
2 cups peanut butter (creamy or chunky, your choice.)
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
Blend together all ingredients and chill for one hour. Roll into bite size balls and re-chill.
Coating:
1 pound melted real milk chocolate.
You can melt chocolate in the microwave for two to three minutes. Dip chilled bon bons into chocolate with a toothpick and set on waxed paper or plastic wrap until chocolate has set. (Overnight.)
Twist toothpick slightly to get it out of the bon bon. Makes approximately 100 depending on size.
No calories! Okay, at least the peanut butter is protein!.
